Having trouble accessing mySignShop?

Did you type your login name and password in correctly?
Sometimes the littlest thing can cause a problem. Check to see that:

  • Caps lock or Num Lock is not turned on

  • You are using the correct upper- and lower-case characters

  • Your login name is what you think it is. If you've signed up and entered a login name that is already in use, we've appended your login name with your user ID. Check the e-mail that was sent to you when you signed up.
  • Did you forget your login name or password?
    Check to see if you've saved the e-mail that was sent when you signed up or the letter that accompanied the Getting Started with mySignShop card. Both of these items contained your login name and password. Contact us if you can't find your signup letter or e-mail.

    Is your subscription expired?
    When your subscription has expired, you will not be able to access mySignShop until you've paid for another subscription. Not sure if you're subscription is expired? Drop us an e-mail. Need to purchase another subscription? Click here.
